Room and bathroom were not cleaned enough. Sticky bathroom floor and toothpicks and toenails on the floor.

Love it! I have been coming here for years due to the location, but over the past few months, I have noted excellent customer service, cleaner room, and a more pleasant vibe. A new management has taken over and I can see the difference. Keep up the good work!

I always enjoy a Fairfield inn night. The place is clean, the attention to detail is great. Fred, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. The man at the breakfast nook was extremely professional! He kept cleaning every drop, shining the hot plate to look beautiful while more people came in. He reminded the kids of their waffles before they burned, and kept an eye on every breakfast item not to miss. The gym was as expected. Although we had no opportunity to visit. The corridors could benefit from a more cheering colour of walls, and the elevator fixed not to clank but overall, the place was a great stop.

My husband and I stayed for a short visit November 1st - 3rd, in transit of returning home to South Florida. We were pleasantly surprised (normally only stay at TownePlace Suites) with the accommodations and services received at this location. Ryan was wonderful with our check in as well as food suggestions, Yaneisy, the breakfast person, approachable and helpful. There was one African American lady that we did not get her name, she was absolutely the sweetest, I believe she is with housekeeping. All 3 exceptional!!!

Rooms are ok not bad for staying had to drop off load and staying overnight was good

Not that bad. For a one night stay when you are transiting, it's perfectly acceptable and I had no cleanliness issue. No bugs. That's all I ask for that sort of stay. Windows can be opened, which is always a plus for me, Breakfast person was attentionate and front desk very friendly to me. Yes, it is a trip down memory lane and I wouldn't stay here more than one day but otherwise it was not the nightmare I expected when I read all the bad reviews.

My family and I booked four rooms at this hotel for four nights, and the entire experience was outstanding. From booking with Sid over the phone to checking in and checking out with Ryan, everything went smoothly. Each interaction was professional and seamless, which made for a wonderful stay. The hotel is very family-friendly, and our kids loved the clean pool. The staff works incredibly hard, especially the on-site manager, Ryan, who was incredibly pleasant and accommodating throughout our stay. We appreciated the consistently fresh hot coffee available in the mornings and evenings—our family drinks a lot of coffee, so that was a big plus for us! Everything was well-stocked, from toilet paper in the main level restrooms to creamer and tissues at the coffee station. One evening, I used the computer in the lobby, and it was fast and convenient. I encountered no issues at all. All the hotel staff had great attitudes, which made the environment even more welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The AC units were effective, and any time we called the front desk during our four nights there, they sent someone to our room within a minute. As the person responsible for finding accommodations in Jacksonville for the family, I felt a lot of pressure to ensure everything went smoothly. Thankfully, it really did!

I recently stayed at this hotel while waiting for the closing of my new home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality was outstanding, with Lisa, Brian, and Jessica—among others—going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The accommodations were excellent, and the warm, attentive service made my temporary home feel like a true haven. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a welcoming and reliable place to stay.
